Cottage Cheese Cutlets for your luxury breakfast

Prepared with sliced paneer and cooked rice altogether by simple flour, these mouthwatering cutlets are cheered with green chillies and capsicums of mixed colours. This makes the snack exceptionally likable, both in terms of flavor and fragrance.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

2 cups grated paneer cottage cheese

1/2 cup cooked rice chawal

salt to taste

1 1/2 tsp chopped Green chillies

1/4 cup plain flour maida

1/4 cup finely chopped coriander dhania

1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum (red yellow and green)

bread crumbs for rolling

INSTRCUTIONS

Add all the paneer, rice, salt, green chillies and plain flour in a bowl and blend them well.

Combine the coriander and capsicum and mix well.

Separate the combination into 8 similar parts and turn round each portion o make a plain round cutlet.

Then roll the cutlets in bread small piece until they are consistently layered from both the sides.

Cook a non-stick tava (griddle) and put a few drops of oil. Cook the cutlets on it giving a little oil till it gets brown on both the sides.

It is ready and serves right away with tomato ketchup.
